Information We Collect
Browsing our services, products, and daily Panchang does not require you to submit any personal details. When you book a consultation, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, birth place, date of birth, birth time, and your chosen consultation date and time slot. When you order a product, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and the quantity ordered. For both, we also collect a screenshot image of your payment transaction, which you upload as proof of payment.
How Payments Work
Payments are currently made manually, outside our website and app: we show you our UPI QR code and bank account details, you pay directly through your own banking or UPI app, and then upload a screenshot of that payment as proof. AnandAstro never collects or sees your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or any other banking credentials — only the screenshot image you choose to upload. Our team manually reviews that screenshot to confirm and approve your booking or order. We may introduce an in-app payment gateway (Razorpay) in a future update, in which case this policy will be updated to reflect that change.
Camera and Photo Access (Mobile App)
Our mobile app requests access to your camera or photo library solely so you can take or choose the payment screenshot described above. We do not access, scan, or upload any other photos on your device.
How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to: (1) verify your payment and confirm your booking or order, (2) prepare and deliver your astrological consultation or purchased remedy products, (3) contact you about the status of your booking or order by phone, email, or WhatsApp, and (4) improve our services. We do not use your birth details for any purpose beyond your own readings.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Information you submit through our website or app — including payment screenshots — is stored on our servers and is visible to our team for the purpose of reviewing and approving your booking or order.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited data is shared only with service providers who help us operate — such as courier partners for product delivery — strictly to fulfill your order.
Data Retention
We retain your booking and order details, including payment screenshots, for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, reach out using the contact details below.
Children's Privacy
AnandAstro is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
